Firstly, it isn’t stated on the main page but after you order the jacket, you will receive an email notification by real people who want to tailor the jacket specifically for you. This means that you will be asked questions like: what is your shoulder-to-shoulder length, what is your chest circumference, and what is your waist circumference.
Communicating with the jacket-makers made me so happy because they really listened to my concerns and responded in a very kind and attentive way. They were real people trying to help me; not robots sending automated messages. I could ask them anything and they would respond to me personally within the day.
Secondly, the jacket fits great. It really feels like it’s fit for me. Honestly, I have no complaints, but if I had to give a suggestion, I do wish they would have asked and tailored for my wrist/arm sizes. They didn’t ask me about that in their questions so they might not be able to tailor sleeves, but I feel like the sleeves could have been fitted a little tighter around my wrists. That said, the sleeves aren’t bad and the rest of the jacket is wonderful and everything feels amazing. Overall, it is a very good purchase and it’s made from people who care and listen.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from a site other than Etsy for cosplay items. However, this site was so amazing! The jacket fit so well, color was amazing, I got updates on my order through my Facebook, so convenient! I would recommend this to any Yukine cosplayers!
